Jeremy began training martial arts in 2006, then while in the military he completed the Army’s level one and level two combatives programs based off of the Gracie Jiu-Jitsu system. He began training BJJ full time over 10 years ago and began teaching in 2013. He received his black belt in 2018.

Matt Shedd

Matt is a 4th degree black belt in BJJ and a 1st degree black belt in Judo. He wrestled at Cony high school then later on in college. He has over 30 years of grappling experience at several different martial arts schools.

Chris has been training BJJ for over 10 years. He has 5+ years of teaching experience under his belt at several different martial arts schools. Chris received his black belt in 2020. Chris is retired from the U.S. Army.

Lynn was a certified personal trainer through ISSA with over 20 years of training experience. She has run several marathons and triathlons. She teaches our cardio kickboxing classes.

Juan Meneses

Juan started training Martial arts in 2009 and trained Muay Thai under UFC veteran Thiago Silva at American Top Team in Florida. He has competed in mixed martial arts, kickboxing, boxing, and BJJ. Juan served his country in the U.S. Air Force.
